Electronic Devices is the only topic filled with vast formulas to remember in various contexts,be it current density,carrier concentration,pn junction,MOS capacitor,BJTs,photodiodes etc.The best way to prepare for this is to be clear with the concepts of each topic first and then prepare formula book topic wise.In GATE,it carries around 8 marks (3-4 questions) every year.
